Learn More About Our Fitness Together Personal Trainers In Rocklin & Granite Bay!

DougDoug Dienelt is the owner of Fitness Together, the premier personal training studio in Granite Bay and Rocklin. He is also a fitness speaker with certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Doug received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in exercise physiology from the University of Kansas where he attended on a track scholarship and was fortunate enough to run with teammates Gayle Sayers and Jim Ryun on an NCAA championship track team.

At the ripe old age of 50 he began competitive powerlifting and became a multiple National and World Masters champion and record holder and at 57 set an American Masters record of 1603lbs. for three lifts.

In 2002 at 59 Doug became a Fitness Together owner to fulfill a passion for helping people from all walks of life to look and feel their best, while developing a healthy lifestyle for disease prevention. He believes it is never too late to start a health and fitness program if you are willing and committed to change.



MelissaMelissa Hill received her B.S. in kinesiology from Texas Woman’s University on a basketball scholarship. After college she played basketball at the semipro level. She has her certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Melissa has experience working with all types of people in achieving their goals from weight loss to muscle building and sports specific. “I started personal training to help others achieve their health and fitness goals and live healthy lifestyles. I strive to help everyone realize their full potential and achieve their goals.”




jimJim Bourgeois got his B.S. degree in Applied Science from Louisiana State University. He has his certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Jim has numerous national titles for inline speed skating and hockey. His awards are too numerous to mention on this page, but he is most proud of his coaching skills both in skating and personal training.

“I became a personal trainer because I really enjoy working with individuals and helping them reach their goals. Helping others learn a new lifestyle of health and fitness in extremely rewarding!”



JanineJanine Reed got her B.A. in Psychology from Dominican University of California. She has her certification from the International Sports Sciences Association. She is also a certified massage therapist. Janine’s specialties are circuit training and “great fat torching cardio”.

“I love helping others achieve their optimal health and ideal body. I’m very passionate and enthusiastic about working out and helping others get to the point where they enjoy it as well. I got into personal training after being very athletic myself. I enjoy cycling, running, marathons, and fitness competitions.




BrandonBrandon Lund has his certification from the International Sports Sciences Association. He also in certified in sports nutrition. Brandon has his Black Belt in White Tiger kung fu and spends his free time both competing and teaching martial arts and kickboxing.
